Methods we accept

We use Stripe as our payment provider. Through Stripe you can pay with:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Apple Pay (on supported devices)
• Google Pay (on supported devices)
• Klarna and Clearpay (subject to availability and approval)
• Link by Stripe

All transactions are in pounds sterling.

Card data security

Card details are entered directly into Stripe's payment form, embedded into our checkout page. The data goes from your browser to Stripe's PCI-DSS-certified infrastructure — it never touches our server, and we don't store it. We only ever see the last four digits and card brand, which appear on your order receipt.

When we charge

Your card is charged at the moment of order, before we send the confirmation email. This applies to pre-orders too — paying up-front secures your copy.

3D Secure (SCA)

Most UK card payments require Strong Customer Authentication. If your bank prompts for an extra check (a code, fingerprint, or app confirmation) during checkout, that's normal — Stripe handles the flow.

Receipts

Stripe automatically emails a payment receipt to the address you used at checkout. We separately send an order confirmation with itemised totals.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe. Banks typically take 5–10 working days to make the funds visible on your statement.
