Short version
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from receipt to cancel for any reason, and a further 14 days to send the item back. We refund the order in full, including outbound shipping. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.
Cancelling before despatch
Open your order in your account and click Cancel and refund. We refund immediately via Stripe. This works for any order that hasn't yet been despatched, and for pre-orders any time before they ship.
Returning after delivery
Email us within 14 days of receiving the parcel saying you'd like to return. We'll reply with a return address and confirm the next steps. Pack the item — please make sure it's still in resaleable condition — and send it back within a further 14 days.
Refunds
Once we've checked the returned item, we issue a full refund via Stripe (typically 5–10 working days to appear on your statement). For straight cancellations under the cooling-off rules, that includes the original outbound shipping.
Faulty or incorrect items
If a parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong game, we cover return postage. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund. Email us with a photo and your order number and we'll sort it.
What we can't accept back
- Items that have been opened and played, unless faulty
- Items returned more than 28 days after delivery, unless faulty
- Damage caused after delivery
Pre-orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before they ship. If a publisher's expected ship date slips by more than two weeks, we'll proactively email you with a one-click cancel link.
